                                     The City of Molalla requires a business license per Molalla Municipal Code 5.24 for the current year. 
                                                                      A business license is $70.00 per year and due January 1st; after the 1st day of February  licenses   
                                                                      are considered delinquent and will be charged a late fee of 5%.  Delinquent licenses will be
cited into Municipal Court and/or turned over to a collection agency.  Business owners are responsible for contacting City Hall if you
are no longer doing business in the City of Molalla or need to make payment arrangements.  All others will be assumed to be active.
