Public use of Weyerhaeuser's privately owned tree farms is a privilege granted by the company to the public.  In order to effectively manage the recreation values of the Molalla Tree Farm they have initiated a recreation fee access program.  Recreational use requires road maintenance, monitoring, and upkeep, expenses caused by regular use.  Additional costs caused by individuals who engage in malicious misuses such as trash dumping and vandalism of signs and gates.  Misuse of property or failure to adhere to the rules of use will not be tolerated and may result in permit revocation and/or prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.  Access to the tree farm does not guarantee access to the entire property.  Some areas may be closed due to industrial operations or safety hazards.  You are required to adhere to any posted signage and to remain clear of any area posted as closed to public access.

An access permit must be purchased prior to visiting the property.  All immediate family members and guests must be registered on your permit.  You must stop and check in with the gate attendant at the Entry Gate on High Camp Mainline.  You must carry identification with you when you are on the property.  Once check-in has been completed, the gate will be opened to allow your vehicle to access the property.  The signboard at the entry station will include a property map and current information regarding property access.  It is recommended that you review this information before proceeding onto the property.

No commercial activities are allowed under the terms of your recreation access permit.
