The City of Molalla is seeking a full-time Programming and Outreach Librarian with an emphasis on Adults and Teens. The position will include evening and weekend hours. Work will emphasize adult and teen programming and crafts, outreach to the community, working on the bookmobile, and managing the library’s social media platforms. Requires outstanding customer service standards, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, knowledge using social media and other marketing tools, and willingness to be an active and collaborative part of our vibrant team. Preference will be given to those with a Masters in Library Science (MLS) or Library and Information Studies (MLIS) and ability to communicate in Spanish.
