Bear Creek Subdivision
Project Update: Planned unit development, 128 lot subdivision on 24.78 acre site. This includes new public streets, curbs, sidewalks, waterlines, storm sewer system, sanitary sewer, underground utilities, turn pockets from Hwy 211, and open spaces.
Status: Subdivision public improvements are completed. Entire site purchased by LGI Homes. They are currently building the first model home on site, including a model home. The first wave of homes should be completed in June.
Schedule: Notice to Proceed issued.
