The City of Molalla's Code Compliance Division works to maintain and improve Molalla’s quality of life and public safety by enforcing the city’s nuisance abatement ordinances.

Nuisance abatement and planning concerns such as graffiti, junk, overgrown vegetation, pool hazards, and animal regulations, illegal businesses, and un-permitted builds are a few examples of reportable issues.

 

 

Reporting

For a nuisance abatement issue please fill out a Citizen Concern Form. (Anonymous reports will not be processed.) Email completed forms to code@cityofmolalla.com.
