Molalla Street Management System Referendum Ballot Title

The City of Molalla is in receipt of a Ballot Title for a referendum petition regarding Ordinance 2018-02, which created a Street Management System .  A copy of the ballot title is available on the City’s website at www.cityofmolalla.com and/or at Molalla City Hall, 117 N Molalla Ave., Molalla Oregon 97038.

Any registered voter who is dissatisfied with the Ballot Title may file a petition for review with the Clackamas County Circuit Court no later than Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 5:00p.m.  A copy of any challenge must also be filed with the Molalla City Recorder by 5:00p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2018.
