NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Molalla AND the Molalla Urban Renewal Agency, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The meeting will take place on May 28, 2020 at 6:30 pm at the Molalla Adult Center, 315 Kennel Street, Molalla, OR. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the City will be practicing social distancing and safety measures. Per the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-25, no more than 25 can attend the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.

The meeting will be available for viewing via Facebook Live. The meeting will also be recorded and available via a link on the City Website www.cityofmolalla.com no later than two business days following the meeting.

Public comment will be taken in person, in written and Facebook live format. Written comments received by 5pm on May 27, 2020 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on May 28, 2020. Comments on Facebook Live will be taken during the public comment section of the meeting on May 28, 2020. Comments, in person, written and Facebook Live will be subject to a three-minute limit per community member. These are public meetings where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. Any person may provide comment at the meetings.
