City Council Meeting

City Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday's of each month, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at the Molalla Adult Community Center, 315 Kennel Avenue.

Due to the Veteran's and Thanksgiving Holidays, this month's meeting will be held on the third Wednesday.

PUBLIC NOTICE:

Due to Governor Brown’s orders of the “Two-Week Freeze” beginning on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, the City Council meeting being held that night will implement the following procedures:

Council Chambers will be limited to 25 people.

• All City Councilors and City Staff will wear face-coverings/masks in Council Chambers.
• Citizens wishing to speak during the Public Comment will be limited to 10 citizens in the Adult Center at one time. Citizens will be expected to follow social-distancing guidelines by wearing face-coverings/masks, while maintaining six feet distance.
• Citizens wishing to speak during Public Comment are strongly encouraged to submit concerns to the City Recorder by 4:00pm on November 18th. If presenting in person, we request one person presenting to Council opposed to a group.
• Please submit Public Comment to the City Recorder via email, recorder@cityofmolalla.com or to City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue.

At this meeting, Ordinance No. 2020-12, an Ordinance for the Creation of Chapter 10.40, Adopted Truck Routes and Restrictions in the Municipal Code, will be presented for its First Reading. (Draft Ordinance and Affidavit of Posting provided below.)
