City Council Meeting

City Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday's of each month, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at the Molalla Adult Community Center, 315 Kennel Avenue.

We are following the Governor's Executive Order 20-66 guidelines for public meetings. No more than 25 people are allowed in Council Chambers at one time. If you would like to submit an item for Public Comment, please email the City Recorder at recorder@cityofmolalla.com by 4pm the day of the meeting. You may also bring Public Comment items to City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue.

NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2021 as approved by the City of Molalla Budget Comittee. A summary of the Budget is listed below in Supporting Documents. A copy of the Budget may be inspected or obtained at Molalla City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue, Molalla, Oregon. This Budget is for an annual period. This Budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year.

AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING: At this meeting Ordinance No. 2021-07, Annexation and Zone Change 52E17A 102 & 290, 52E17 2480, Approximately 16.30 Acres on the NW Corner of S. Molalla Ave and Molalla Forest Rd will be presented for the First Reading. The Affidavit of Posting is listed below in Supporting Documents.
