City Council Meeting

The Molalla Regular City Council will be held on December 11, 2019 at the Molalla Adult Community Center, 315 Kennel Avenue. This is open to the public and open for public comment. If you wish to speak at a City Council meeting, please sign in at the beginning of the meeting.

At this meeting, Ordinance Number 2019-14; An Ordinance Repealing Language in Chapter 2.17 Art Commission and Replacing with New Language Regarding Community Program Committe will be presented for Second Reading. 

In addition, Ordinance Number 2019-15; An Ordinance Updating and Replacing Language in Chapter 15.04 Building Code to be Consistent with State and County Building Codes will be read.

In addition, Ordinance Number 2019-16, an Ordinance Changing the Procedure for Processing Preliminary Land Partition Plats from a Type II Public Hearing Procedure to  Type II Adminitrative Decision Procedure, Appealable to Planning Commision will be read.

A Work Session will be held at 6:30pm. The public is welcome to attend, but not comment.

An Executive Session will be held directly after the Regular Session; pursuant to Oregon Public Record Law, ORS 192.660(2), letter (e) To conduct deliverations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
