Project consists of modifying approximately 2,200 square feet of the second floor of Molalla City Hall to create four private offices and a conference room. Work also includes: remodeling two existing bathrooms, replacing ceiling tiles with gypsum board, installation of wall mount split systems, and all associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical and finish work.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on October 19, 2021 at the City of Molalla City Hall 117 N Molalla Ave., Molalla, OR 97038. Attendance at the Pre-Bid conference is mandatory.
