City Council Meeting

City Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday's of each month, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at the Molalla Adult Community Center, 315 Kennel Avenue.

We are following the Governor's Executive Order 20-25 guidelines for public meetings. No more than 25 people are allowed in Council Chambers at one time. If you would like to submit an item for Public Comment, please email the City Recorder at recorder@cityofmolalla.com by 4pm the day of the meeting. You may also bring Public Comment items to City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue.

At this meeting, Ordinance No. 2021-03, Establishing Budget Committee Rules as Governed by Oregon Revised Statute 294.414 – Budget Committee Laws will be introduced.

In addition, Ordinance No. 2021-04, Repeal of Chapter 13.16 Advance Financing of Public Improvements in the Molalla Municipal Code and Replace with Revised Chapter 13.15 Advance Financing of Public Improvements will also be read.
