Starting a New Utility Account

All of our Utility accounts start with an application. Please visit the Utility Applications section at the bottom of the forms page.

Pay Your Bill

The City of Molalla uses Xpress Bill Pay for online and telephone utility billing collection. Click here to pay online or call them at (866) 399-8703. You may also pay in person or by mailing your bill to Molalla City Hall.

City Hall is located at 117 N. Molalla Avenue, Molalla, OR. Please look for the sign that reads "Main Entrance". If you are mailing your bill, please address it to: City of Molalla, PO Box 248, Molalla, OR 97038.

City Hall is open from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. For after hours payments, please use the big blue deposit box on the right side of the main entrance. Thank you.

Utility Rates

Sewer

Your sewer rate is a combined total of a fixed base rate plus a variable rate. (Resolution No. 2020-05, provided below in Supporting Documents.)

Current Rates:
Base Rate: $56.91 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU).

Variable Rate: $5.64 per hundred cubic feet of winter average water consumption (Volume Charge).

Water

Your water rates are a combination of a fixed base rate based on meter/lateral line size and a variable rate based on water consumption. Use this chart to calculate your rate. (Resolution No. 2021-26, provided below in Supporting Documents.)
