The City of Molalla is seeking a full-time non-represented Office Specialist. This position works under the direction of the Finance Director. This position performs daily accounting duties and must have exceptional customer service. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Work cooperatively with other team members. Communicate effectively in a positive manner. Provide positive support to internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of the City's Municipal Code
  • Knowledge of Utility Billing (preferred qualification - not required)
  • Knowledge of Caselle Software (preferred qualification - not required
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Three (3) years of an office environment experience in local government setting is preferred
  • The City will consider applicants with any combination of education and experience that illustrates qualification for this role.
