The Municipal Court for the City of Molalla constitutes the City’s chartered judicial tribunal and hears cases arising under the Molalla Municipal Code, the Oregon Vehicle Code, including violations and misdemeanors.
Business hours for the Molalla Municipal Court staff are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding times court is in session. The court office is located inside Molalla City Hall at 117 N Molalla Ave, Molalla, OR 97038.
Criminal proceedings and arraignments at the Molalla Municipal Court are held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month beginning at 8:30 AM*
Traffic and municipal violation arraignments at the Molalla Municipal Court are held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month beginning at 1:00 PM*

- Be polite and courteous to the judge, to court personnel, and to those around you.
- Cellular phones, pagers, and other electronic devices should be silenced or turned off.
- Audio and video recording is not permitted.
- Children may be present in the courtroom; however, if they disturb the proceedings, you may be asked to remove them. The Court does not provide child care services.
- No smoking, food, or drink is allowed in the courtroom.
- Suitable attire is required. No shorts, tank tops, pajamas, or excessively soiled, damaged, or ill-fitting clothing will be allowed in the courtroom. Remove hats upon entering the courtroom.
- No backpacks are allowed. Purses and persons may be subject to search.
- Weapons are prohibited in the courtroom (guns, knives, etc.) except by law enforcement officers.
