Important: Court staff is not available at City Hall during court hearings; only in-person assistance is available at the Municipal Courthouse located at the Molalla Civic Center.

Criminal Court Hearings
8:30 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Traffic & Municipal Violations
1:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Please note court dates can fluctuate due to holidays and/or staff availability. Special sessions may be scheduled for dates outside the court's regular schedule. To confirm a court date, refer to the date printed on a citation, or contact the court office.
