How to Submit a Public Comment

City Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday's of each month, with additional meetings scheduled as needed.

City Meetings generally begin at 7:00PM (for specific meetings and time please refer to the City Calendar).

City Meetings take place at the:

Molalla Civic Center
315 Kennel Avenue
Molalla, OR 97038

Citizens are welcome to present information or raise issues relevant to the City during the “Public Comment” portion of the City Council agenda, provided the topic is not related to an item already on the agenda. Please remember: While the Molalla City Council generally does not engage in dialogue during public comment, Council may direct staff to follow-up or address the issue as appropriate.

To Submit a Public Comment, fill a Public Comment Form in its entirety and submit via:

  • Email the City Recorder at recorder@cityofmolalla.com (Emailed submissions must be received no later than 12:00 PM on the day of a meeting. (Public Comment forms are available under Supporting Documents below)

  • Submit a Public Comment request in-person to the City Recorder at: Molalla City Hall, located at 117 N. Molalla Avenue or in-person prior to the start of a City Meeting 

  • Send via U.S. Postal Mail to: City Recorder, PO Box 248, Molalla, OR 97038

Should one wish to make a comment at a meeting, Public Comment Forms are available at the entrance to the meeting room at Molalla Civic Center, Comment Card must be submitted prior to the start of a meeting. A speaker must submit one Comment Card for each topic one wishes to address. Please be sure to indicate the agenda item on which to speak on.
