Molalla Municipal Court Payment Methods & Information

Molalla Municipal Court offers several convenient options for paying court fines and fees, ensuring accessibility for all defendants. Whether paying in person, by mail, over the phone, or online, it is defendant's responsibility to ensure payments are made on time. 

Important: Molalla Municipal Court does not send bills or payment reminders. It is the defendant's responsibility to keep track of and initiate payments to the court.

By Mail

In Person

To pay in person, please visit the Municipal Court Office located in Molalla City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 117 N. Molalla Ave., Molalla, OR 97038. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and credit/debit cards.

After Hours

Payments can be dropped in the blue locked drop box marked "Utility Payments" located to the right of the Main Entrance to Molalla City Hall (Reference image above). Please write "Court" on the outside of the envelope. For ease of mind, be sure to contact Court staff on the next business day to verify payment was received.
