Be wary of fee requests in excess of what Molalla City Staff has conveyed to you and reach out to our staff directly if you receive any payment requests that look suspicious. The City will NEVER request a wire payment.
PUBLIC NOTICE: On December 10, 2025, City Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-12: Amending Molalla Municipal Code, Chapter 2.04.010 City Council Meetings. Regular City Council meetings will start at 6:00pm beginning on January 14, 2026.

City of Molalla and Molalla Urban Renewal Agency
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Molalla AND the Molalla Urban Renewal Agency, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Meetings are also scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026 and Friday, May 22, 2026, in the event budget review requires an extension.
The meeting will take place at the Molalla Civic Center, 315 Kennel Ave, Molalla, Oregon.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the Budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 15, 2026, at Molalla City Hall, 117 N Molalla Ave, between the hours of 08:00AM and 04:30PM.
