In Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/2025, the Agency received $1,081,390 in Property Tax Revenue. Expenditures from FY 2024/2025 were $735,458. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2025/2026 are $1,110,387. The 2025/2026 Budget includes $4,985,615 in revenues and $4,985,615 in expenditures.

The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown in the table below.  The remaining indebtedness for the Area is $19,804,341.
