NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, the Planning Commission will hold a hearing to hear testimony on the City’s proposed Urban Growth Boundary expansion. After the hearing, the Commission will make a recommendation to City Council. 

This is an in-person hearing. The public may attend, offer testimony, and seek information at the hearing.

• Hearing Date & Time: Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM
• Location: Molalla Civic Center, 315 Kennel Ave, Molalla, OR 97038

Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until 12:00pm the day of the hearing and should be addressed to:

Note that email is preferred. Please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony.

A copy of the draft ordinance and staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. The draft ordinance will also be available the City’s calendar event for the Planning Commission Meeting on the Friday prior to the meeting. The documents will also be available at the Molalla Current Urban Growth Boundary page (https://current.cityofmolalla.com/urban-growth-boundary) under the Documents tab; Step 7. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request.
