NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, the Molalla City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Ordinance ORD 2026-04 (Molalla Planning File ZC01-2026). The proposed ordinance would change the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map for one publicly owned property located within the City limits from Light Industrial to Public and Semi Public.
The site is approximately 1.57 acres in size and contains a named seasonal stream, which is subject to a Riparian Corridor Overlay. Additionally, the property is identified in the adopted 2025 Parks, Recreation, and Trails Systems Plan as a future trail location. The property is identified as Taxlot 52E07A 00711.
This is an in-person hearing. The public may attend, offer testimony, and seek information at the hearing.

A copy of the draft ordinance and staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. The draft ordinance will also be available the City’s calendar event for the City Council Meeting on the Friday prior to the meeting.
