Building Permit Authorization

Most new construction, additions, and structures require two approvals: a Building Permit Authorization from the City of Molalla that looks at planning, zoning, and infrastructure, and a Building Permit from Clackamas County that looks at the structure, fire code, and private connections to public infrastructure.

Not sure if you need one? Give Community Development a call at 503-759-0250.
