PUBLIC NOTICE: On December 10, 2025, City Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-12: Amending Molalla Municipal Code, Chapter 2.04.010 City Council Meetings. Regular City Council meetings will start at 6:00pm beginning on January 14, 2026.
Final Plat is required for all Property Line Adjustments, Partitions, Middle Housing Land Divisions, and Subdivisions. Final Plat should be applied for after Preliminary Plat approval and completion of any Prior to Final Plat Conditions.
