A recent scamming effort has targeted applicants to city land use decisions, infrastructure projects, and other city business with illegitimate fee collection requests. Be wary of fee requests in excess of what Molalla City Staff has conveyed to you and reach out to our staff directly if you receive any payment requests that look suspicious. The City will NEVER request a wire payment.
Apply for a Partition or Subdivision. Partitions are for 2 to 3 lots; Subdivisions are for 4 or more lots. You must complete a Pre-Application Meeting prior to Partition or Subdivision application submittal.
A Pre-Application Meeting is required for Partitions and Subdivisions.
