Business Licenses

To apply for a Business License, please fill out the form below and return it to the City of Molalla. The application can be sent by email, in person, or by mail to the following address:

Please note that a Home Occupation Permit is also required for home-based businesses. Upon receipt, allow City Staff up to seven business days to process the request. The City will contact you on approval to receive payment which can be received over the phone (503-829-6855) or in person. If not in person, your license will be mailed to the mailing address provided in your application.
