Pre-Application Meeting

Pre-Application Meetings are required for all Type II or Type III processes. Other projects may request pre-application conferences at the Type II rate.

Pre-Application conferences allow applicants the opportunity to receive project feedback towards a successful project from Molalla Staff and applicable agencies prior to application submission. At a minimum Molalla Planning, Engineering, and Fire will address code standards applicable to the project. Other outside agencies may include ODOT, PGE, Clackamas Building Department, DSL, and DEQ if project components will be regulated through those agencies. The quality of the application you provide will dictate the quality of the information provided at the pre-application conference.
