PUBLIC NOTICE: On December 10, 2025, City Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-12: Amending Molalla Municipal Code, Chapter 2.04.010 City Council Meetings. Regular City Council meetings will start at 6:00pm beginning on January 14, 2026.
There is no danger to the public, this spill was relatively minor and remained localized, not entering any other body of water or infrastructure system.
NOTE: The City of Molalla contracts it’s building department through Clackamas Building and they manage structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical permitting. You can submit building permits via the Development Direct portal from this page: https://www.clackamas.us/building
