Be wary of fee requests in excess of what Molalla City Staff has conveyed to you and reach out to our staff directly if you receive any payment requests that look suspicious. The City will NEVER request a wire payment.
PUBLIC NOTICE: On December 10, 2025, City Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-12: Amending Molalla Municipal Code, Chapter 2.04.010 City Council Meetings. Regular City Council meetings will start at 6:00pm beginning on January 14, 2026.

Martin Bartholomew has over 25 years of management experience. He has a long record of leadership with two trophies and a challenge coin for management. Martin also worked for the California Military Department as a Special Project Officer with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. As well as having an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. His background consists of being the Director of Public Safety for 14 years at a shopping mall in Southern California. Driving a limousine for two years for the CEO of Craig Wireless and his family. Attending Flight School in Palm Springs California and being a contracted Court Bailiff for multiple cities in Oregon. Martin was also an elected Precinct Committee Person for Marion County. He is currently an elected Precinct Committee Person for Clackamas County and the Executive Officer for the 102nd BCT, 10th Regional Command with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
