A recent scamming effort has targeted applicants to city land use decisions, infrastructure projects, and other city business with illegitimate fee collection requests. Be wary of fee requests in excess of what Molalla City Staff has conveyed to you and reach out to our staff directly if you receive any payment requests that look suspicious. The City will NEVER request a wire payment.
PUBLIC NOTICE: On December 10, 2025, City Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-12: Amending Molalla Municipal Code, Chapter 2.04.010 City Council Meetings. Regular City Council meetings will start at 6:00pm beginning on January 14, 2026.
The Regular Meeting of the Molalla City Council for February 11, 2026 will begin at 06:00 PM. At this meeting a Public Hearing for Ordinance No. 2026-01: Updating Molalla Municipal Code, Chapter 17, Relating to Mobile Food Units will be held. Upon Council approval, the First Reading of the Ordinance will also be held.
