The Planning Division oversees planning, zoning, and development applications to ensure responsible land use throughout the city. Our team manages permits for construction, renovation, and land development, helping residents, businesses, and developers navigate local regulations and build in alignment with the city's vision.

Building Permitting: The City of Molalla contracts it’s building department through Clackamas Building and they manage structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical permitting. You can submit building permits via the Development Direct portal.
