Contractors must be on the Plan Holders List in order to submit a Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). Contact Adam Shultz, City of Molalla’s Public Works Maintenance Section Supervisor, via email at ashultz@cityofmolalla.com to be placed on the Plan Holders List following digital download from the City’s website.
Electronic Submission: Proposals may be emailed to Adam Shultz, at the email address provided above.
Mail (*Early Submission Deadline): Mailed Proposals must be received and in the below PO Box by the time the City collects the mail from the PO Box (at or shortly after 8 am.). Proposals not in the PO Box when the City collects the mail from the PO Box will be deemed a late submission. It is the submitter’s risk on when post office personnel will place mailed Proposals in the PO Box. Note: The risk of error or loss in delivery is upon the Contractor submitting the Proposal.
Hand Delivery: Hard copy proposals may be hand delivered to the Molalla Civic Center (address hereafter).
