Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is composed of a Chairman and six (6) Commissioners appointed by the City Council. The Chairman and Commissioners are elected for terms of four-years each and for no more than two consecutive terms. A Chairman and Vice-Chair is elected by the Commissioners at the beginning of each year to perform the duties of Chairman in the absence of that officer.
The Molalla Planning Commission plays a vital role in shaping the City’s growth by ensuring thoughtful, sustainable development for a thriving community.
