NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Molalla will consider adoption of Ordinance 2025-08, which would amend the Molalla Municipal Code (MMC) to allow fueling stations in the C-1 Central Commercial zone district, subject to special use standards.
On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, the Molalla City Council will consider an ordinance to permit fueling stations in the C-1 Central Commercial district subject to special use standards.
