Fix-it Ticket Vehicle Compliance Program
If you have been cited for an equipment violation within the City of Molalla, you may be eligible to participate in the Vehicle Compliance Program. As part of our commitment to making Molalla a safer place to drive, this program allows you to correct the violation before your court date in exchange for a citation dismissal. To take advantage of this opportunity, please follow the guidelines below:
Fix-It Ticket Process

1. Repair or correct the violation.

2. Bring the vehicle To the Molalla Police Department during business hours
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, to have an officer inspect the corrected
violation

3. Bring the completed Vehicle Compliance Form (obtained from a police Officer or Court Clerk)
along with the citation to the Molalla Municipal Court Office at least 2 days
prior to your appearance date.

4. Pay $50.00 administrative fee for each violation to have the violation dismissed.

If the above steps are successfully completed, the Municipal Court will DISMISS the citation with a $50.00 Administrative Fee.

Other violations of a “mechanical” nature may be added to this category at the Officer’s or Judge’s discretion.
Upon correction of the violation to the approval of a Molalla Police Officer, the resulting violation will be dismissed given the correction is complete within 48 hours prior to the court date and the administrative fee is paid in full.
