Urban Renewal Agency

The Urban Renewal Advisory Committee shall consist of five members appointed as provided in the City Charter. All appointments to the Urban Renewal Advisory Committee may be terminated at the pleasure of the Mayor with the consent of the City Council.

Molalla Municipal Code, (Title 2, Chapter 2.20.020) Mission, states the mission of the Urban Renewal Advisory Committee is to:

  1. Keep current on Urban Renewal District issues and advise the Urban Renewal Agency Board regarding Urban Renewal District priorities, policies, projects, services, fees, operations, and capital improvements.
  2. Promote Urban Renewal opportunities in Molalla.
  3. Provide liaison and representation for the Molalla Urban Renewal Agency to other organizations, as required.
  4. Advise the Agency on any matter requested by the Agency. (Ord. 2010-09 §1)
